Terra Nubis, or Earth Cloud is inspired by the work of Scottish photographer David Eustace.  I used a soft sepia filter to lend the images a sense of timelessness.   I wanted the mist and clouds in the images to look almost unreal and solid. In the terra images the glimpses of quartz and white rock echo the clouds and mist in the combined images.  I'm drawn to the way mist hangs on mountains and trees and luckily living in Scotland - we get lots of it!
